七、故障及解決方法：

一、拉力試驗機(jī)加荷時，指針顫動或時走時停

1、離合器齒輪磨損：需要修理或更換。

四、拉力試驗機(jī)指針回零滯怠或不穩(wěn)定

十、試驗機(jī)主機(jī)電源不亮，不能上下移動。

十一、試驗機(jī)主機(jī)電源有電但設(shè)備不可以上下移動。

解決方案是檢查是否是15S（時間）以后設(shè)備還無法移動，因為主機(jī)開機(jī)需要自檢，大概需要15S時間;檢查上下限位是否再恰當(dāng)?shù)奈恢?，有一定的運(yùn)行空間;檢查接入試驗機(jī)的電源電壓是否正常

八、油源的保養(yǎng)：

Eight, oil source:

1、定期檢查主機(jī)和油源處是否有漏油的地方，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏油，應(yīng)及時更換密封圈或組合墊;

2、根據(jù)機(jī)器的使用情況及油的使用期限，定期更換吸油過濾器和濾芯，更換液壓油。
