回彈儀使用范圍：是專業測海綿，泡沫，橡膠等軟質材料而設計的一款高性價比的光學儀器。主要將鋼球自由下落在軟質泡沫塑料或其他彈性材料試樣上。
測定其回彈高度的儀器，主要用于測定聚氨脂彈性材料測試項目中的回彈性能（回彈系數）。
參照中華人民共和國國家標準6670-96《軟質泡沫塑料回彈性能的測定》

適用于測定軟質聚氨酯泡沫塑料的落球式回彈性能.
落球回彈試驗機通過給定直徑和質量的鋼球在規定高度上自由落在泡沫塑料試樣上，
計算鋼球回彈的zui大高度與鋼球落下高度比值的百分率既回彈率，以回彈率表示泡沫塑料的回彈性能。滿足08標準A法和B法試驗方法。
回彈儀工作原理：海綿，泡沫，橡膠等材料成型后，至少應存放72小時才能進行測試。
測試前，試樣應在溫度23±2℃，相對濕度45%-50%的環境中進行狀態調節至少16小時，然后在上述環境中進行測試。
